I believe that we are our own best advertisers! This is a list of must-have items (food and non-food related) which continues to evolve.

FOOD (my staples)

Fridge (these items are in my fridge at all times!)

Organic 1% milk (Horizon)

Unsweetened Almond Milk (Trader Joe’s or Almond Breeze)

Greek Yogurt (Fage 0% or 2% plain)

Skyr (Siggi’s plain)

Friendship No-salt added 1% cottage cheese
